Nasko Balaktchiev

Architect

Nasko is a fourth-generation acrobat and moved to the United States at the age of five to perform on the Las Vegas Strip with his father, but somehow made his way into the field of architecture. Growing up in show business allows him to bring a very unique perspective to each design challenge. Nasko believes in improving our community's standard of living through design. He focuses on bringing high-quality architecture to Las Vegas to help formulate a much lacking design culture. He is passionate about historic preservation and renovating buildings versus demolishing, whenever possible. When not immersed in design, Nasko enjoys fixing classic cars and swing dancing.

Architectural Designer

Born and raised in Las Vegas, Cesar maintains a deep passion for the desert and the creative potential it holds. When not immersed in architectural work, he loves visiting museums, exploring building landmarks, and obsessing over American land art. Drawing inspiration from Southwest vernacular, Cesar aims to strengthen our city's identity through architecture.
